Excellent ice cream. When we are in Mittenwald, we always have to feast. Unfortunately one sits outside "in the middle of the heavy traffic".

Delicious ice cream and the price and the service are perfectly fine. It would be ideal if you came up with something against the wasps, but the ice cream parlor can't really do anything for them, I have to apologize.

There were three of us today to eat ice cream. You feel very comfortable and absolutely safe from Corona. Mask requirement must be observed, super consistent waiters in this regard. Sufficient disinfectants are available and the tables are kept clean. In addition, we were served very warmly and professionally, the ice cream was sensationally delicious. We'd love to come back.

Today we were again at the ice cream parlor Costa - like every holiday in summer and winter - and were looking forward to the ingenious strawberry frulato. With great astonishment and even greater disappointment, we learned that this delicious strawberry ice cream shake has been removed from the menu. Nor were they willing to make us frulatos. We cannot understand this and are immensely disappointed! That's how you lose regular customers.

Very tasty ice cream, beautiful surroundings and very friendly service. Compliance with the corona distance and hygiene rules was also observed. Excellent!

Delicious ice cream in a good portion size, that was wonderful to take in hand and stroll on. Friendly service. I can't say anything about the ambience or service at the table, we went straight on.

Want to have a juicy fruity Kiwi delight after hike at Mittenwald, then this is the place. Close to Bahnhof, one could utilize the waiting time for train ;)

Was there a few times. Today was the last one. Never again. Rude waiter starts screaming immediately that kids got icecream to go, and are not allowed to take a seat with parents and friends that wanted to order more staff at a table. This place has good location, but doesn't worth a 1 star rating, showing no respect to customers.

It tasted good to me, the waiter was friendly, the toilets clean and tidy, the prices a bit too high

Four plus dog wanted to put us in the open and enjoy a delicious sundae. We were then simply pulled the table away, we must not put two tables together - if we have to sit at separate tables. Have gone then something rude I have never experienced! It was very empty so it would not have been any trouble. Impossible such a thing but there are enough negative experiences here as far as the service is concerned .... does not seem to come by any chance!

Roos waiter. Didn’t let us seat although there were empty tables. We had a few young kids with us with causes an embarrassment to all the rest of the people around.

Without a doubt the best ice-cream in Mittenwald

Here you get really good ice cream and hefty sundaes. Not very cheap but good quality and friendly service. Zaak has been around for 50 years in Mittenwald and is therefore a household name.

We were served very nicely and quickly. The ambience is very pleasant. There was even live music played outside today.

What can I say. Spagetti pistachio ice cream was really good!

Very fair prices. 1.20euro for a scoop. I noticed the portion sizes were small compared to other places and our service was rushed. Came here twice and it was good but not the best. But it will make the kids happy.
